A washed espresso coffee from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, grown at 1700 meters altitude on the San Vicente farm. The coffee features varieties Catuaí, Pacas, and Paraneima, sourced from smallholder farmers working with partner Benjamin Paz, a Cup of Excellence winner. It offers a creamy, nutty, and sweet flavor profile with chocolatey notes, medium body, and low acidity — suited for espresso, moka pot, and automatic coffee machines.
