This coffee is a single origin from Montecillos in Marcala, Honduras, produced by the Café Orgánico Marcala Sociedad Anónima (COMSA) co-operative. Grown at 1310-1830 metres altitude, it is made from Red Catuai variety and processed using natural methods. The coffee offers bright, fruity flavours of berry, strawberry, tropical fruit and pineapple. It is roasted to a medium level and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
