This natural processed Honduran coffee from El Chollo is super sweet with a balanced fruit flavor and floral aromatics. The coffee demonstrates atypical characteristics for the region, which is better known for mild nutty coffees. The processing method showcases the impact of the specialty sector and changing tastes towards natural processing. Available in medium roast with tasting notes of baked plum, oatmeal cookie, and lemon when brewed as black filter, or baked plum pudding and honeycomb when prepared as milk-based espresso.
