This coffee originates from the El Laurel farm in Danli, El Paraiso, Honduras, grown at 1,400 meters above sea level by farmer Oscar Ramirez. It is a Parainema variety processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of watercress, red apple, nectarine, and oolong tea.
