A natural processed single-origin coffee from Finca Caviflor in Honduras, produced by Herly Urquia. The farm was established in the 1970s and spans 20 hectares at an altitude of 1,350–1,595 metres, growing Bourbon and Catuai varieties. The farm is surrounded by oranges, bananas, and strawberries. Tasting notes include blackcurrant and cherry. Suited to all brewing methods including espresso and filter.
