This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Sabillon in the Siguatepeque region of Comayagua, Honduras, grown at 1,277 meters elevation. The Lempira variety beans are washed-processed after selective hand-picking of ripe cherries. The coffee features hazelnut and milk chocolate notes with balanced citrus undertones, described as a pleasant and approachable cup with nutella-like qualities.
