Esperanza Café

Florent Gout founded Esperanza Café in 2012 in Saint Denis, just north of Paris, building a roastery committed to 100% organic and fair trade certified coffee. The name, meaning "hope" in Spanish, reflects the company's mission to create positive impact through transparent, direct sourcing relationships with farming communities. Every bean that passes through their roaster meets strict organic standards, ensuring quality and sustainability go hand in hand. Esperanza has since expanded internationally with a location in Barcelona, carrying the same principles across borders. Their focus on traceability and ethical practices has earned them a loyal following among conscious coffee drinkers in the Paris region and beyond.
