This limited-release washed Geisha comes from Las Flores farm in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, produced by David Muñoz. A portion from the same harvest earned a top-20 placement in Honduras' Cup of Excellence. The coffee features vivid, expressive notes of cantaloupe, peach, and cardamom with a delicate floral finish of orange blossom and jasmine.
Brothers Jerad and Justin Morrison founded Sightglass Coffee in San Francisco in 2009, starting from a kiosk inside a 1924 warehouse in SoMa. The name comes from the viewing window on their vintage Probat roaster, a detail that captures the company's commitment to transparency at every stage of the process. Sightglass holds USDA organic certification through CCOF and sources most of its annual coffee from small farms following ecologically responsible practices. The Morrison brothers stepped down from leadership in 2024 after fifteen years, but the roasting philosophy they established, pairing mid century Probat equipment with careful, origin focused profiles, continues to define the operation.
