A Geisha variety coffee from La Salsa farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras, grown by Benjamin Paz. The farm gained recognition when Paz won the Cup of Excellence Honduras in 2022 and again in 2024 with this Geisha. Known for its complexity and elegance, this coffee features tasting notes of jasmine, cascara, and dark chocolate. Typical of the Geisha variety, it develops more intensity in flavor after a period of rest post-roast.
