About This Coffee

Honduras Las Moras is a honey-processed coffee from the Montecillos region, grown at farm Las Moras by Hever Hernán Suazo. The farm operates under an agroforestry system, integrating fruit trees to improve soil health and biodiversity. Only fully ripe cherries are hand-picked at peak maturity. After harvest, the beans are dried in thick layers on sun-exposed terraces, enhancing flavor development. Lightly roasted to highlight naturally fruity flavor notes. Very sweet with rich fruit character.
