This Honduras coffee is from the Santa Barbara region at 1,740 meters altitude, grown by Maria Reyes alongside her husband Sr. Mario Moreno. The coffee uses the Pacas variety and is washed processed. Bright mandarin opens the cup, transitioning into candied pecan with brown sugar and vanilla sweetness, followed by milk chocolate notes as it cools, with a full, syrupy body.
