This is a honey-processed Parainema variety coffee from Nelin Guzman's farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Nelin has been producing honey-processed coffees for two years, and his expertise has grown significantly. His natural processed lot recently placed in the national Cup of Excellence competition, demonstrating the exceptional quality of his coffee. The beans offer vibrant tasting notes of grapes and black cherries, balanced by a sweet, lingering wildflower honey finish.
Cat and Cloud was founded in 2016 in Santa Cruz, California by Jared Truby, Chris Baca, and Charles Jack all former barista champions and coffee competition veterans. The roastery runs a Loring S15 Falcon.
