Glean Coffee Roasters was founded by Billy and Amanda Chaddock alongside Emma and Jonathan Theander in Pocatello, Idaho, with a social enterprise model woven into its core. The roastery sources ethically produced beans and roasts in house, directing a portion of each sale to local community causes chosen by the customers themselves. Glean operates out of a downtown location that doubles as a gathering space, producing specialty coffee alongside house made syrups. The name reflects the founders' intent: to gather with purpose, creating value that extends beyond the cup.
