This coffee is from Honduras and designated as Strictly High Grown (SHG), indicating it was grown at high altitude. The high altitude cultivation at lower temperatures produces slower maturing fruit and denser beans. The coffee features an exceptionally smooth taste and is low acid with no bitterness.
