This coffee comes from southeastern Honduras from the Cocafelol cooperative, which includes a coffee farm run by women. The cooperative invests part of its profits to operate a school in the area where students receive both regular education and training in coffee plantation management to encourage young people to continue operating the plantations. The coffee is medium roasted with sweet flavor notes.
