A Red Bourbon from Colombia's La Cumbre region, produced through a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation process (24 hours in cherry, 36 hours in mucilage), followed by 200 hours of mechanical drying with 8-hour on/16-hour off cycles. Hand-picked, hand-sorted, and optical sorted, then air roasted. This honey-processed coffee is noted as a fruit-forward offering.
