This medium roast blend combines washed coffee from Randolfo Pacheco in Guatemala with anaerobic natural processed coffee from Rwanda. The Guatemalan component features Red Bourbon and Pache varieties from the Cafe Colis Resistencia group of Indigenous Xinka producers, grown at 1535-1900 meters altitude. The Rwandan component is from smallholder farmers. The blend offers sweet, chocolatey, and velvety characteristics with fruity notes and hints of funk. Flavor notes include dark chocolate and delicate fruit notes.
