House Blend is a carefully crafted blend of 60% Brazilian and 40% Colombian coffee. The Brazilian component is a natural-processed Mundo Novo from Fazenda Barrinha in Mogiana at 850–1,100 MASL (2025/26 crop) offering chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel notes. The Colombian portion is a washed coffee from Peñas Blancas Washing Station in Huila at 1,700–1,900 MASL, featuring Caturra and Castillo varieties with bright acidity and red fruit characteristics. Together, this full-bodied yet clean blend delivers chocolate, raisin, hazelnut, and caramel flavors, designed for espresso preparation.
