This is a 100% Salvadoran Arabica specialty coffee, the best-selling product from Tusell Tostadores. The coffee is cultivated in mountainous regions of El Salvador on volcanic soils rich in minerals. It is primarily the Bourbon variety, grown under natural shade systems at high altitudes which allow for slow maturation of the beans. The coffee is processed using the washed method, resulting in a clean, bright, and well-defined cup. It features natural notes of ripe fruit and chocolate with a clean and persistent aftertaste, offering natural sweetness, moderate and pleasant acidity. The roast is artisanally crafted for balance and clarity, suitable for espresso, cappuccino, latte, V60, Chemex, or French press.
