DAK Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by the Cedrobamba Collective in the Cusco region of Peru. Grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,100 meters in volcanic soil, the cherries are harvested from August to October. The cool afternoon breezes in this region slow cherry maturation, contributing to a deeper sweetness. This natural processed coffee features a flavor profile of dark plum, hazelnut, and raisins, characterized by a silky texture and wine-gum sweetness.

They live by these three slogans: ETHICALLY SOURCED - CAREFULLY SELECTED - ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
