This Anaerobic Natural coffee comes from the western province of Rwanda, specifically the Nyamasheke region near Lake Kivu. Harvested at 1900 meters altitude by various family farmers and processed at Rwamatamu washing station. The coffee is the Bourbon variety and displays flavor notes of red currant, praline, and merlot.
