About This Coffee

A Gesha variety honey-processed coffee from La Golondrina farm in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia, grown at 2200 meters above sea level by producer Huver Castillo. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo controlled fermentation with residual brewer's yeast, followed by depulping without water while retaining mucilage, then slow-dried on African beds or covered patios. The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with flavor notes of lemonade, floral, botanical, lychee, and mandarin. Recommended for filter brewing.

Harmony Roasters

Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
