The blend creates a voluminous crema within a well-balanced espresso shot. It is juicy and blonde with flavor notes of blueberries, lemon peel, jasmine, cacao fruit, green apple, and pineapple. The coffee cuts steamed milk efficiently without losing potency. It has a brightness of 3 out of 4, body of 3 out of 4, and flavor of 4 out of 4, with an overall score of 92.

Take It Easy Roasters was founded in 2020 in Las Vegas by Josh Molina, who also started Makers & Finders, a well known Latin American inspired café in the city. The roastery works with coffees from origins including Colombia, Ethiopia, and Kenya, and supplies its sibling café operations.
