A single origin coffee from Ibanda, Uganda. This is a well balanced and complex cup with a very pleasing crisp and clean acidity. It is described as a classic fruit-bomb with a yoghurt-y tasting note and mouthfeel. The coffee is suitable for espresso brewing.
