This blend combines coffees from Papua New Guinea and Brazil. The Papua New Guinea component is from Paradise Mountain in the Western Highlands Province, grown by smallholder family farms and processed using the washed method at Paul Pora's wet mill with hand-selected ripe cherries. The Brazil component is from Ibiraci in the south of Minas Gerais, processed using the natural method. The blend offers flavor notes of chocolate, plum, and treacle with dairy, or caramac, dark chocolate, and macadamia with oat milk.

They consciously source specialty coffee through ethical partnerships with producers who maintain sustainable practices and fair wages. In 2024 they opened an espresso bar at the roastery, open seven days a week, with food served by The Yolk Folk. The team also provides wholesale partnerships, barista training, and equipment solutions.
