This coffee features the Java varietal from Finca Rosita, a Typica type originating from Ethiopia that traveled to Indonesia and arrived in Bolivia. The coffee displays floral characteristics associated with Ethiopian coffees. Flavor notes include sencha tea, yuzu, honeysuckle, elegant milk chocolate, hazelnut cream, sultana raisins, and golden raspberry with a silky, delicate profile and sweet softness.
