A single-origin Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Jairo Soares in Mata de Minas (São Sebastião do Anta) grown by Inacio Soares at ~880 masl. Red and Yellow Catuai varieties processed as an anaerobic honey, delivering sweet, creamy characteristics with tasting notes of white flowers, praline and chocolate. Roasted for both filter and espresso, it presents a smooth, balanced body suited to multiple brew methods.
