About This Coffee

A washed Arabica coffee from the Hoysala farm, located 20 kilometers from Mudigere in the Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka, India, within the Baba Budangiri region. Grown at 1,100–1,500 meters altitude under shade, alongside fruits and spices. Varieties include S795, SL9, and Cauvery. After harvest, cherries are double-sorted, mechanically depulped, washed with recycled water, fermented for 12 hours, and dried for 7–9 days. Tasting notes include nut, hazelnut, sponge cake, and biscuit, with medium body, medium intensity, low-medium acidity, and medium sweetness.
