This coffee is from Hulikere Estate in Karnataka State, Chikmagalur district of India, grown at elevations between 1,100 and 1,370 meters. The estate is managed by Hulikere Shreedev and is part of the KaadKaapi group dedicated to preserving local ecology. The coffee is washed processed using natural fermentation and dried on clay brick-lined yards. The blend includes Selection 795, Selection 9, Selection 5B, Chandragiri, and Robusta CxR varieties. The cup offers tasting notes of pear, pecan, and toffee.
