A naturally processed micro-lot coffee from the Camintoran cooperative in the Kerinci region of central Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at high altitudes on fertile volcanic soil. The 162-member cooperative sources beans from the villages of Jernih Jaya, Kersik Tuo, Gunung Tujuh, and Lindung Jaya. The lot consists of S-Lini and Caturra varieties, hand-sorted and sun-dried in the cherry. The result is a wild, funky, and highly complex cup with flavor notes of watermelon, dates, and cacao nibs.
