This coffee is sourced from Bener Meriah in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1100-1400 meters altitude. It is processed using the Giling Basah (wet hulled) method by a cooperative of 400 farmers. The coffee features Tm Tim variety and displays flavour notes of grapefruit, plum, tamarind and chocolate. The roast is medium, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
