This coffee is sourced from the Mt. Ijen region in East Java, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1100 to 1500 meters. Produced by Kevin and Kenny Soewondo at the Botolinggo Mill, this lot is a blend of Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon, Kartika, and Abysinia varieties. It undergoes an experimental Pink Cream Process (PCPX), which includes a 7-day anaerobic fermentation with milk and lactobacillus bacteria. The flavor profile features notes of strawberry milkshake and cocoa beans, offering a balanced body with clear acidity.
