This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Manggarai region on Flores island, Indonesia, grown at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters. Produced by Andre Tuang and a group of local farmers, it consists of Yellow Caturra, Typica, and Kartika varieties. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process, involving fermentation in a dark room. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of mandarin, milk chocolate, and linden blossom. This coffee is specifically suited for various filter brewing methods.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
