Indonesia Orang Utan Project Coffee

ViCAFE - Rösterei & Espresso Bars

About This Coffee

This organic coffee comes from the village of Wih Bersih in the Gayo highlands of northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Grown by smallholder families who cultivate their coffee gardens organically and are committed to protecting the rainforest and its orangutan inhabitants. The coffee farmers and the Sumatra orangutan protection program each receive a premium of EUR 1.50 per kilogram of green coffee. The coffee is intense and heavy, making it perfect for flat white or french press. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025).
