A single-origin coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia, grown in the Gayo mountain region at 1600 meters above sea level. The bean is a mixed variety of Typica and Bourbon, prepared at Supreme grade — the lowest defect rate, significantly lower than double or triple pick. Semi-washed processing. Medium dark roast with a complex flavor profile featuring sweet herbs, ginseng, and dark chocolate, with rich body and low, round acidity.
