A fully washed coffee from Aceh Province, North Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1,500–1,700 masl. Produced at the Asman Arianto/Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative washing station. The blend of Abyssinia, Ateng, Gayo 1, Gayo 2, and Timtim varieties offers fragrance notes of golden raisin, dark chocolate, and pear, with flavors of starfruit, pear, raisin, and dark chocolate. Medium-full bodied with an intense, round texture and lingering finish. Available as 200g whole bean.
