About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from the Gayo region of Sumatra, Indonesia, produced by Asman Arianto through the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative in Pantan Musara, Aceh Tengah. Grown at 1,500–1,700 masl by smallholder farmers on farms averaging 0.5–2.5 hectares. Varieties include Abyssinia, Ateng, Gayo 1, Gayo 2, and Timtim. Cherry is handpicked and dried on raised beds in greenhouses. Flavor notes include plum, stone fruit, raisin, chocolate, melon, and hints of tropical fruit, with a medium-full body and complex malic acidity.
