Arabica varieties S9 and Lak Parakum are naturally processed, producing a full-bodied, medium-dark roast with tasting notes of caramelized brown sugar, almond, and a subtle smoky finish, designed to perform well in milk-based espresso drinks.

Soul Coffee Roasters is the passion project of Rinosh Nasar, who launched the brand in 2014 with the goal to resurrect the forgotten glory of Ceylon Coffee in a country that has become famous for tea. They are committed to sourcing locally, working directly with smallholder farmers in the cool central highlands to ensure ethical pay and sustain the local agriculture.
