This blend comes from Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands, sourced from a small farmer collective. Arabica varieties S9 and Lak Parakum are naturally processed, producing a full-bodied, medium-dark roast with tasting notes of caramelized brown sugar, almond, and a subtle smoky finish, designed to perform well in milk-based espresso drinks.

Soul Coffee Roasters is the passion project of Rinosh Nasar, who launched the brand in 2014 with the goal to resurrect the forgotten glory of Ceylon Coffee in a country that has become famous for tea.
