INZA

About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Inza region of Cauca, Colombia, sourced from Asociación de Productores de Café del Oriente Caucano (ASORCAFE) in the town of Pedegral. Grown at 1900 meters altitude, the coffee features Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Tabi, and Castillo varieties. The beans undergo washed processing, with cherries meticulously pulped and fermented for 20 to 40 hours, then washed, sorted, and dried under the Colombian sun using parabolic driers over 8 to 15 days. Flavor notes include green apple, blackberry, grapefruit, and milk chocolate.
