Izuba Burundi is a honey processed coffee from Runinya, Kayanza Province, grown at 1,500-1,700 meters altitude. Made from Red Bourbon variety beans, this single-origin coffee is processed at the Izuba Washing Station, where cherries are floated to remove damaged beans before honey processing and drying on raised African beds. The roast delivers delicate jasmine florals complemented by soft apricot and papaya notes, balancing sweetness with acidity.
