This light roasted decaf coffee is Swiss Water processed without chemicals. It serves as DOMA's signature decaf espresso in their cafés. The coffee is bright and light with smooth and balanced characteristics on espresso, featuring an acidic, lemony brightness. It has flavor notes of lemon, dried fruit, and chocolate.

DOMA Coffee Roasting Company

Terry and Rebecca Patano founded DOMA Coffee Roasting Company in 2000, naming it after their two sons, Dominic and Marco. What started as a passion project in the garage grew into a full operation based in Post Falls, Idaho, with a second cafe in Coeur d'Alene. DOMA roasts on a Loring Smart Roaster nicknamed Lucky 13, the thirteenth Loring ever made, which consumes 80 percent less natural gas than conventional equipment. The company sources exclusively through direct relationships with farmers and importers, and every employee receives SCA training. An Ethiopia Suke Quto was a 2015 Good Food Awards finalist, and the brand has earned multiple national ADDY Awards for its packaging design.
