Rosso Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

Janson Coffee Farm is located on the western slopes of Volcán Barú in Chiriquí, Panama. The farm is operated by the Janson Family, now in its second generation, and sits at elevations ranging from approximately 1,600 to 1,800 meters. Lot 450 is a Geisha variety coffee processed using the washed method. The cherries are de-pulped, fermented in fresh mountain water, thoroughly rinsed to remove residual mucilage, and dried on raised beds. The coffee offers jasmine aromas with white peach sweetness, zesty citrus notes, and a gentle honey finish. It has a crisp, tea-like body with floral complexity and vibrant acidity.
