This coffee is a Papayo varietal from the Jardines Del Eden farm in the Quindio region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1950 meters. It undergoes a Natural EF2 process, involving an initial 24-hour aerobic fermentation followed by 48-50 hours of fermentation in bags. The flavor profile is bright and tropical, featuring notes of passion fruit, cantaloupe, strawberry, papaya, apricot, nougat, and orange blossom, complemented by a silky texture and juicy citric acidity.
