This blend features Indonesian Arabica coffee grown high in the jungle-covered mountains, aged through two monsoon seasons resulting in a strong, thick, and round coffee with low acidity. Brazilian Peaberry and Colombian coffee are blended in to add complexity. The flavor profile includes blueberry, sour cherry, raspberry, and overripe plums with muted fruitiness. The coffee produces a powerful and round cup with low acidity.
