Java Estate Indigo is a specialty grade green coffee blend featuring wet-processed beans from Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. The blend offers bright acidity characteristic of PNG coffees combined with Indonesian wildness, creating herbal and foresty flavor notes that emerge as the coffee cools. Intended for home roasting.
Green Tree Coffee and Tea was established in 2002, originally roasting in New Orleans, Louisiana, before relocating to Lincolnville, Maine, in 2010. The roastery produces small batch specialty coffee and tea from its location along Maine's Atlantic Highway. With more than two decades in the specialty coffee landscape, Green Tree has built its reputation on consistent quality through a geographic transition that took the operation from the Gulf Coast to the New England coast.
