A Geisha lot from Jose Joaquin Bolaños in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia (1,770 m). This coffee is processed as a double-fermented washed lot—48 hours anaerobic fermentation in cherry followed by 48 hours anaerobic in mucilage—and was harvested in September 2024. Tasting notes list lemongrass, clementine and rose. The roast is an omniroast optimized for filter brewing, emphasizing clarity, complex acidity and intense sweetness.
