Jose Lasso - Sudan Rume

This is a Colombian single-origin coffee from El Diviso farm, produced by José Uribe Lasso. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,780 and 1,900 meters above sea level. It features the rare Sudan Rume variety, which originates from the Boma Plateau in South Sudan and is known for its disease resistance and complex flavor profile. The coffee is processed using the Floral Symphony Natural method, resulting in flavor notes of Turkish Delight, banana, and plum jam. This is an omni roast suitable for various brewing methods.
