About This Coffee

This is a seasonally rotating house blend from Elsewhere Coffee Roasters, currently featuring coffees from Huila, Colombia. The blend combines washed and natural processed coffees sourced through Minga Coffee. The washed component comes from La Plata smallholders grown at high altitude in the central Andes, providing structure and clementine-like sweetness. The natural portion is from Oporapa smallholders, grown in volcanic soil and contributing guava-like fruit notes. The varieties include Bourbon, Cenicafé, Colombia, and Castillo, grown at altitudes between 1200-1800 meters. Flavor profile features guava, clementine, and white sugar notes.
