The natural portion is from Oporapa smallholders, grown in volcanic soil and contributing guava-like fruit notes. The varieties include Bourbon, Cenicafé, Colombia, and Castillo, grown at altitudes between 1200-1800 meters. Flavor profile features guava, clementine, and white sugar notes.
