This is K Bay's signature organic espresso blend composed of 7 beans from around the globe. Each bean is roasted to best represent itself, the people, and the land, then blended in varying proportions to create a complex and complete specialty coffee. Each batch is hand sorted to eliminate defects and roasted with love. While designed as an espresso blend, it works well in all brew methods.
