Ka'ū Classic Dark Roast is sourced from high-elevation farms in the Ka'ū district on Hawai'i Island, grown between 1,600 and 2,500 feet altitude. Varieties include Hawaiian Typica and Red Catuai, processed via fully washed method. This dark roast emphasizes body, warmth, and sweetness with flavor notes of cocoa, apricot, and cream. Full-bodied with low, gentle acidity, it offers a smooth, refined cup that retains clarity despite the extended roast development.

The selection specializes in Hawaiian coffees from Kona and Ka'u regions alongside carefully selected producers from Panama, Jamaica, and Vietnam.
